The Boardroom
A seat in the room where it’s run.
Sign in with your Agent
The Boardroom is token-gated: your Agent is your pass. Access travels with the Agent — sell it, and the seat goes with it.
What the seat opens
- Advance notice: holders hear about deals, Desks and Windows before the public does.
- The construct: how each Mandate is actually put together — the shape, the tier, the window, the deployment — in more detail than the Ticker will ever show.
- Briefings: regular live streams from the founders. The state of the book, the thinking behind it, questions answered.
- First hearing: when a Mandate signs, the counterparty is named live in the room first. The public post follows within the hour.
What the seat is not
The Boardroom is knowledge, access and community. It is not a ticket to any raise: participation in Mandate opportunities remains restricted to eligible persons in permitted jurisdictions through a separate, gated process with full documentation and verification. Membership does not change eligibility, and nothing said in the room is advice or an offer.
The room’s rules
What’s said in the Boardroom stays in the Boardroom. Access terms apply: membership and access terms. Counterparties are named at signature — in the room first, but never before the ink.
